This concert will feature the most senior and finest young musicians currently studying on the government specialist music scheme at Wells Cathedral School. This is a unique chance to hear these remarkable and highly gifted young musicians, before they embark on their professional music careers. As well as being specialist musicians many of the pupils performing have recently been awarded places at the UK’s major music conservatoires or are in prestigious groups such as The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain.

The musicians will perform a wide eclectic mix of classic music from the brass quintet repertoire by the world’s greatest composers as well as lighter items. An enthralling recital of fine music making by some of the UK’s most gifted musicians.
